The Swan is a very unique High Street Pub. A light, modern pub that still retains a traditional air through its atmosphere and very warm welcome.

Becoming very popular for its real ales, The Swan has been awarded the `Cheltenham CAMRA Pub of the Year for 2005 & 2006` in recognition of the fabulous selection of real ales representing the best of both local and national breweries.

Equally as popular is the menu at the Swan. From the fabulously tasty Sunday roasts to the Gourmet Burger night each Wednesday, the chef takes great pride in his work, using only the finest ingredients.

The building dates to 17th century and was used as a coaching inn when the High Street was named so... behind the impressive frontage lies a wonderful courtyard garden, heated for those slightly chilly evenings! Inside the pub you will find stripped wooden floors and leather sofas and a wonderful conservatory leading to the courtyard. The Swan has recently been redecorated over the winter of 2008 to bring a sense of ‘cool Britannia’ and a more traditional feeling to a pub that the staff and management felt has been lacking in many other town centre pubs over the years

The Swan is one of those pubs that once you have been, you won`t forget. With an impressive selection of beers and wines and a menu that will challenge any town restaurant, we think we have the formula spot-on to make your visit a good one, whatever time of the day or night.
